Meet 'lil Franz

Well I've actually been fairly productive this month.  I think the new job may be driving me a little insane.  Bad for the mental health, good for the design output.  The guy below is 'lil Franz.  Why Franz?  Well, I'm tempted to put him in a set of little lederhosen (dunno why) so it's Hanz or Franz.  Thank SNL.  I'll be putting him up on Zazzle a little later this week, so if you like him you can get him on Zazzle OR you can pester us till we print him.  Your choice.  Oh and by the way, Franz says "Hi!"

Troo Story...

There was this clown that was also a ninja, and he was fighting a pirate, who was also a robot, and the clown was like "honk!", *slash*, and the pirate was like *beep*, "Ar!", and then a car blew up, and there was fire everywhere, and, uh, my homework burned up... Troo Story.

Psst... If you like this shirt stop buy our Zazzle shop or drop us a line and tell us to screen print it pronto! If we get enough demands we just might print it, we're push overs like that.

Summer News

We've been busy working on non-Oddmann things, but we do have Oddmann news.  First up: We've moved physical locations, not by much, but the whole move has kept us very busy and is providing us with a small workshop so we can start experimenting.  That means we should have some new designs in January.  Second: We will be attending the ISS Show in Ft. Worth, learning new techniques and getting a better understanding of the screen printing process (we still out source the printing) which should translate into fancier t-shirts and maybe even other printed products! Finally: we are looking into offering new non-Oddmann merchandise in our store and at conventions.  Hopefully that will pan out, and if it does I can guarantee they'll be odd.

Not too exciting, but be assured, this fall we'll be putting together our convention schedule and opening up pre-orders for new designs.  Until then, sit back and have a cold one; still over a month of summer left.

New Season, New Changes

Well spring has finally gotten to us and with it some exciting new changes for the Oddmann Folks. The bad news is that we have postponed attending festivals and conventions for the time being. The good news is, we’re working on getting more space which should open up new opportunities. As always we appreciate you stopping by. We’ll let you know more when we do.

Oddmann.com is dead. Long live Oddmann.com!

After some phone calls to the folks who handle our domain and that hosted the old Oddmann.com we finally did away with the 2 website format. The old Oddmann.com had to die, but the Shopify store has taken it’s place. I think we can all agree its for the best.

Price Drop and new shirt going to the printers!

Well as we’re gearing up for the February conventions we have finally sent the Broke my Brain shirt to the printers AND we have dropped our prices across the board. Most shirts are now $18 and 2XLs are now $20. As always shipping is included in the price! We hope to see you at AggieCon or ConDFW, but you can visit us here.

More Upcoming Events

Well it is official (or at least both cons cashed the checks), Oddmann Designs will be at Aggiecon in College Station, TX on February 5-7. Follow the link to learn more about the events they have planned. We of course will be selling you shirts. We will also be holding a drawing for a free t-shirt. All you will have to do is drop on buy our table and vote on which design should be the next Oddmann T-shirt.

The next weekend, February 12-15, we’ll be in Dallas at ConDFW. We will also be holding the drawing and voting so stop on by our table if you find yourself in Dallas. We’re very excited and we hope to see you there.

Upcoming Events

Oddmann will be at Aggiecon this year. Come stop by the Hilton February 5-7, 2010 and have a look around. This is the first time the event has been off campus and it should be a blast. We’re also looking at going to DFWCon in Dallas the following weekend. We’ll update once we know for sure!

Summer at Oddmann

Well as some of you may know, Oddmann isn’t exactly my day job, but that’s not the only thing keeping me busy as of late. I and the future Mrs. Milky have been planning a wedding so resources have been steered that direction.
Don’t fret though, I’m still working on new designs and getting into trouble just for you folks. I even built a t-shirt launcher this weekend. I hope to be firing my designs at the masses within the year. Currently the launcher is in beta and ther is a small (tiny, itty-bitty, no need for concern) chance that the launcher will fly apart and maim the operator (me). So until later, that is all.

P.S. You can track me on Twitter now, just look for FourBeerMilky. I’ll integrate things once I get this twitter thing completely figured out.

So it begins.

Well it’s taken a while, but we’re finally getting an online shop up and running. More shirts will be added as we go and we hope to expand our wares to include non-t-shirt items. If you have any thoughts or ideas, we’d be glad to hear them. Drop us a line anytime.

New shirts and all that jazz

Well, we have two new shirts for you folks! This will be the first of many new shirts coming your way. We are working on several new designs, some nerdy, some not as nerdy. We’d love to hear your thoughts. If you think a shirt sucks, tell us why. Want more of something, tell us what. We want to sell you stuff and if that means bending to the will of the consumer then we might be able to bend that way (We are capitalists after all, what with the website, the selling stuff, and all that.)
